I dug into the small slope behind the house of Novella Guerra, inhabited and curated by Annalisa Cattani and I created a sitting space by modulating the position of the body in relation to the first cervical vertebra. By positioning the head as it comes natural inside my work, you can watch the sky and the sky only.
This project takes inspiration from an intense visit to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park (UK) in 2007, where the impressive body of work of Andy Goldsworthy and James Turrell has led my interest in studying and beginning to practice land art.
